There are a number of routes to Shikoku, including by air heading to four airports, by rail across Seto Ohashi Bridge after switching trains from the Shinkansen (bullet train), and by bus or ferry from Osaka and Hiroshima. Highway buses to Shikoku also leave from other major cities.
Most travelers opt to fly to Narita International Airport, but if you want to go to Shikoku, there are plenty of domestic flights available from Haneda Airport (Tokyo International Airport).
